The agent for the applicants, Island Land Based Services Limited, lodged an appeal (AP10/0136) under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. The appeal was accepted by the Minister and forwarded to the Chief Secretary's Office for an independent inspector, with written statements requested by 28th October 2010 (later extended to 26th November 2010).
