In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to alterations, erection of extensions, conversion of existing outbuilding to provide additional living accommodation, demolition of existing garage and erection of garage, Ballagarraghyn Manor, Main Road, Greeba, German as shown by SC1179/P/00-03, SC1179/P/10/01, SC1179/P/10/02 and SC1179/P/11/01 all received 16th April 2010 and SC1179/P/10-01 rev A, SC1179/P/10-02 rev A and SC1179/P/12-01 rev A all received 15th June 2010.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
