This approval relates to the re-development of site to create ground floor commercial unit and two apartments as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings (bw) as 01a, ae 01 a, ae 2a, ae 3a, (bw) ap 03 b, (bw) ap 04 and (bw) ap 05b all received on 25th February 2010, and cross sections of the shop fronts received on 18th November 2010.
Window materials/opening
The 1st and 2nd floor windows to the northern and eastern elevations are required to be timber sliding sash windows.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
