Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Jennifer Chance, Development Control Manager From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer Subject: Consideration of Condition 3 of PA 10/00064 - Installation of three air coolers and two generators, Compound Site, Lord Street, Douglas Date: To consider the submission of details in accordance with condition 3 of Planning Permission 10/00064, which was granted on 17th August 2010. Condition 3 states that "Prior to the installation of the coolers and generators approved by this permission, the new boundary wall shall have been erected in accordance with the drawings provided. The specification of the brick type and colour shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to the construction of the wall." The applicant has submitted details to sample of the facing brick to be used for the exterior (public facing) leaf of the wall. I consider the sample submitted to be acceptable and accordingly, it is recommended that the sample be approved. Miss Jennifer Chance Development Control Manager
