Planning Approval Decision Notice
The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th August 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Drawing Nos. GA-P-0001A, GA-P-0100, GA-P-0101A, GA-P-0102A, received on 19th January 2010 and 17th May 2010.
- Prior to the installation of the coolers and generators approved by this permission, the new boundary wall shall have been erected in accordance with the drawings provided. The specification of the brick type and colour shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to the construction of the wall.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
