In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs C Taylor
Proposal: Conversion of outbuilding to create additional dwelling to be used in conjunction with approved dwelling at: Swallow Landings, Ballamoar Farm Cranstal Bride Ramsey
Which was considered on 18 April 2002, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The curtilage of the dwelling must be in accordance with that shown by the site plan submitted 8th April 2002; no approval is granted to the use of the remainder of the field for residential purposes.
- The newly created living accommodation must only be used as part of the dwelling approved under PA 00/618.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
