In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs C Taylor

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The curtilage of the dwelling must be in accordance with that shown by the site plan submitted 8th April 2002; no approval is granted to the use of the remainder of the field for residential purposes.

3. The newly created living accommodation must only be used as part of the dwelling approved under PA 00/618.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
