The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the following plans: Drawing Numbers P.1553 01 (site location plans and existing) and P.1553 02 (proposed) received on 10 February 2014; and Drawing Number P.1553 03 (proposed south elevation) received on 21 February 2014. 2. 3. No approval is hereby granted or implied to the creation of any form of first floor accommodation within the extension hereby approved and none shall be created unless first approved in writing by the Planning Authority. This permission refers oniy to that required under the Town and Country Pianning (Deveiopment Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013. Any appeai against this decision must be in accordance with Articie 8 of the Order. Accordingiy, a vaiid appeai must be in writing, signed by the appeiiant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeai it must contain: • Payment of a planning appeai fee as prescribed in an order made by the Department under Section 1(1) of the Fees and Duties Act 1989 (currentiy £150); • The reasons for making the appeai; and • An eiection to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation. The proposed deveiopment must not be commenced untii either; • The time for requesting an appeai has expired; or • Any appeai has been determined; Whichever is the iater. If no appeai is iodged within 21 days of the date of issue overieaf, and this decision becomes finai, the Department's pubiic reference copy (counter copy) of the pianning appiication may be coliected by the appiicant or their agent from Murray House. Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DA YS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
