ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: New wall extension to
garage to be in a matching
roughcast render as the main house
painted with minimum 3 coats of
good quality masonry paint. Form
brick header course over the top of
the new garage door lintel to match
the dwelling brick features.
ROOF: New pitched roof in place of
the existing flat roof to have a
natural grey roof slate to match the
existing house with matching red
clay ridge tile.
DOORS: Reuse the existing up and
over garage door unit.
RAINWATER GOODS: New black
upvc half road rainwater goods to
match the existing house.
ROOFLIGHTS: 2 No. 980x780 velux
roof windows as indicated.
