Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture, Planning & Building Control Directorate, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2SF. Email [email protected]. Tel 01624 685950 This decision has been made for the following reasons(s) The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable and the impact of the proposed use, over a very small section of the land, will not adversely impact upon visual amenity. The relationship between land uses is acceptable and whilst it is acknowledged that the proposal will result in the loss of land zoned for industrial use, there is no likelihood of the land being used for such a purpose. The development will enhance amenity space and enjoyment of the property for the occupants/owners and on balance, the proposal is considered to be acceptable. The development accords with General Policy 2, Environment Policies 24 and 42 of the Strategic Plan. Date of Issue: 1st July 2025 J CHANCE Director of Planning and Building Control
