The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Removal of redundant equipment
Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Department, any telecommunications cabinet, mounted equipment or telecommunications structure must be removed from the building on which it is situated, within 6 months of it no longer being required for telecommunications purposes, and such the building must be restored to its condition before the development took place, so far as is practicable.
Height limit
The proposed telecoms steel frame and affixed communication equipment here by approved shall be no higher than the stated heights when measured from the roof level as shown on plan referenced; 104_A.
Fixing method approval
Prior to the installation of the mobile antennas hereby approved, the method of fixing and details of how the mobile equipment will be secured to the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. The equipment shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
Installation per approved plans
The application here by approved shall be installed in accordance with drawing referenced 106-A and the written details as part of the submission, noting the mobile antenna technology type and equipment as considered as part of this application.

Ramsey Town Commissioners raised no objection to the proposal. Highway Services Division listed the application as having no interest (NHI). Residents of King's Court submitted representations objecting due to inadequate notification and health/safety concerns regarding RF radiation.
