Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Lighting specifications
All external lighting proposed within the scheme shall be installed in accordance with the specifications and locations set out in the Light Details and Site Plan showing proposed light positions, submitted as part of the application. No other external lighting shall be installed. Reason: In the interests of protecting the character of the site and surrounding streetscape.
