Time limit

The photovoltaic solar panels hereby approved shall be removed and the roofs restored to their former condition in the event that they are not used for a period greater than 12 months or no longer required for the production of electricity. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the countryside setting and to avoid unnecessary built development in the countryside.
