Although the proposal in principle is considered acceptable, the application is refused because there is insufficient information to determine whether or not the access route through the site would be impacted on and further more that the design of the gate would not impact on safe pedestrian access. This decision refers only to that applied for under the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and its subordinate legislation.
