Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Materials approval
No development shall commence until a sample panel of all external facing materials to be used has been erected on site and approved in writing by the Department. The approved sample panel shall be kept on site for reference until the development is completed. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the site and surrounding area in accordance with General Policy 2.
Use restriction
The storage units as shown on the approved drawing no.04 Rev.B numbered 1 to 10 may only be used for personal storage of the person renting or leasing or owning that unit and not for any other purposes including commercial or as a workshop.
