The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/01433/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, due to the sustainable location of the proposals and the site being in a town centre location with available public parking. · 23/01503/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. · 24/00009/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as although tight, staff vehicles and plant equipment can be parked within the site. · 24/00076/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposals are a single person operation, is relatively small in nature, has short stay parking available on-street for visitors and located in a sustainable location.
