Time limit
The works hereby granted registered building consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with paragraph 2(2)(a) of schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented registered building consents.
Methodology approval
Prior to work commencing of each phase, the methodology for the implementation of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. For the avoidance of doubt this shall include the method of removal of historic fabric and method of insertion of any new elements. The method statement approved shall be used during the implementation of the works undertaken during that phase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Department. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of this registered building.
Photographic building recording
Prior to work commencing of each phase, photographic Building Recording (in association with a plan identifying photograph locations) to Level 1 (in accordance with the Historic England guidance 'Understanding Historic Buildings: A guide to good recording practice') shall be undertaken for the removal of all structural components in the building. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of this registered building.
