NOTE The following changes are REFUSED:

extension to front elevation canopy

the installation of a new window on the north east gable elevation. NOTE APPROVAL is hereby given for the following changes as shown on the submitted drawings:

installation of stone cladding on front elevation

installation of two south west gable elevation windows

creation of living space in attic

reconfiguration of bathroom to create additional en-suite

installation of patio door

installation of grey coloured window frames
