We oppose this application for the erection of Glamping pods and permanent motor home hook ups for the following reasons.

1. Glamping pods would become permanent dwellings all year round.
2. Sanitary units would be on site all year round.
3. Water and electric services for motor homes would become permanent fixtures.
4. Access for residents of knock Froy road would be restricted and hazardous.
