GP8 permits rural external ads if on-site, not detracting from area/landscape, traditional materials (or appropriate), minimal hooded illumination, no highway hazard, no ecological impact. Officer assessed signage location and materials acceptable but illumination needed restriction to 0800-1900 on open days to meet 'minimal' and prevent amenity harm in rural/residential context.
Time limit
The advertisement(s) hereby granted consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents.
Illumination hours
The signage hereby approved may only be illuminated when the building is open to the public, and no earlier than 0800 hours and no later than 1900 hours in all cases. Reason: In the interests of visual and neighbouring amenity.

The sign(s) hereby granted consent shall not be lit by an intermittent source. Reason: In the interests of amenity and/or public safety.
