Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents. 2. The digital advertisement board hereby approved shall be switched off between the hours of 2am and 7am. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and the appearance and character of the area. 3. The digital advertisement board hereby approved shall operate at a maximum intensity of illumination of 600cd/m2 during hours of daylight and 300cd/m2 during hours of darkness with illumination levels controlled by an ambient sensor. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument.
