Reference the above planning application - demolition of Bakery and erection of four houses - Grosvenor Road, Douglas.
Whilst the bakery has been removed the site has now become an unacceptable eyesore and in worse condition than previously and although I come outside of the 20 meter range for comment I wish to place on record, on behalf of the residents and those people who use this road, our concern regarding this site.

Dear Mrs. Foster Further to my recent email acknowledgment of this communication - on checking the full detail I note your refer to a planning application at 3 Christian Street, Peel 19?00747/B - I have now checked the planning application notice on site of The Bakery, Grosvenor Road, Douglas and I apologise that I made an error in the planning application number which should in fact read 19//00474/B concerning the demolition and building of four houses on Bakery site which I referred to in my original letter.
I would therefore be obliged if you would ignore any further reference to 19//00747/B and deal with the eyesore on the above site.
