Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Roofing materials approval
Prior to the undertaking of any work on the replacement roof, a sample of all roofing materials to be used must be approved by the Department and the development undertaken in accordance with the approved details. The approved sample must be kept on site for reference until the development is completed. Reason: in the interests of the character and appearance of the property and the surrounding area.
