Dear Sir or Madam,
I notice that DEFA have a planning application in to do improvements works at a plantation car park. If there is a relevance to lizards, could there be a method statement to state how they will take avoidance measures to limit impacts on the protected species? If there isn't a relevant to lizards, then there should at least be a statement to communicate the basis of the position.
Lesh yeearreeyn share - with best wishes
