Permits installation of replacement windows/doors in existing apertures in dwellinghouses without planning permission, subject to no change in aperture size/shape/position, no opening over highway/boundary, and not in proposed conservation area. Officer confirmed proposal complied for replacement windows (though application predated Order). New windows required assessment as they create new apertures.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
