Description of the proposed development. Please state clearly what you propose to do.
To carry out alterations to the properties to accommodate a shop for the sale of spectacle frames and lenses and associated products, with 2 no. eye testing rooms and associated offices, staff facilities and store rooms. The existing windows are to be replaced with new painted timber frame double glazed windows. The existing shop front and entrance doors are to be replaced with new double glazed painted timber frame shop fronts and new double glazed painted timber entrance doors. The existing rainwater goods are to be replaced with new in cast iron and uPVC.
