Window details
Notwithstanding the window styles shown in the approved drawings, the Georgian pane frame arrangement shown in the front of number 3 may not have horns whereas those to be installed in the front of number 1 may or may not have horns as an integral part of the upper sash, to replicate the existing. Reason: To preserve the historical importance of the building.
Permitted uses
The building may be used as either offices where the services involve visiting members of the public (Class 2) or retail (Class 1) or a combination of the two. Reason: to clarify the extent of the approval.
