In the 212 years that we have lived in Sunset View, it has always been difficult to enter the busy highway that Peveril Road has become. Similarly, it is quite a challenge to reverse onto the drive with so many parked cars nearby, leaving only a small space to manoeuvre. (cont.)

As you can see from the photos attached, visibility can be severely restricted when cars/vans are parked at both sides of the driveway (see Fig. 1) which is a very frequent occurrence with Peel Headlands being only a short distance away.
Also, because of the configuration of the driveway, it is only possible to park 2 cars within the curtilage of the property (see Fig. 2). With the removal of the existing section of wall, 3 cars could be parked and it would be much easier and safer to move on and off the driveway.
Fig. 3 shows existing wall and gatepost (and pavement).
Fig. 4 shows area that would be demolished and Keto would be dropped.
