General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and other policies if it respects site/surroundings in scale, design, landscaping; does not harm landscape/townscape character, amenities, highways, or habitats; and provides safe access. The officer assessed the extension as compliant due to its recreational zoning fit, subordinate scale, tree screening minimising visibility from highway, no neighbour amenity harm, and sufficient existing parking. No tensions noted as proposal was straightforwardly ancillary.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
