Hope you are keeping well and just by way of a quick heads up: We have submitted the information for the Planning condition relating to tree removal for the King Gaming Site, as discussed with Andrew Igoea and Gary a couple of weeks ago on iste.
Hopefully there are no surprises there and all is as previously discussed - we were hoping for a speedy resolution when it hits your desk, but please obvioulsy let us kow if you feel anything has been missed.

Good afternoon, Please find attached the information relating to Planning Condition 7 - Tree Removal for the King Gaming Project (Planning application PA 22/00549/B). As noted in the attached documents, the approach has been discussed with Charles Harrison from DEFA Forestry in a site meeting and Sophie Costain has also been consulted regarding ecology aspects. Condition 11 is also noted, but does not require any submission as we continue to work to the tree protection plan submitted with the application. We trust the attached includes everything required, but please don't hesitate to get in touch if further information is required. I have also copied Chris Balmer in for his information, information for 2 further conditions will follow this afternoon.
