As noted in the attached documents, the approach has been discussed with Charles Harrison from DEFA Forestry in a site meeting and Sophie Costain has also been consulted regarding ecology aspects. Condition 11 is also noted, but does not require any submission as we continue to work to the tree protection plan submitted with the application. We trust the attached includes everything required, but please don't hesitate to get in touch if further information is required. I have also copied Chris Balmer in for his information, information for 2 further conditions will follow this afternoon.
