In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Robert & Mrs Grizelda Taylor, Ref 23/10062/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 5 & 10 for PA 22/00827/B for the method of delineating the residential curtilage and details of proposed hard and soft landscaping. at Raby Beg Main Road Glen Maye Isle Of Man IM5 3AU.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In relation to Condition 5 & 10 of the approval, the submitted details (Application and Proposed Landscaping Plan Part 1 & 2, submitted 13.06.23), are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 5 & 10 of this planning application.
