J G Kelly Homes Ltd Erection of dwelling, plot 23, Rowan Woods, Mount Murray, Santon. which was considered at a meeting held on the 27 August 1999, for the reasons set out on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 1. Date of Issue: 8 September 1999
Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man.

a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.
Note 2: Rights of review against the decision are attached.
- Whilst the proposal now submitted does not prejudice the maintenance of the public sewer, it is considered that the applicants have not adequately demonstrated that no need exists for a shop on this site.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
