In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Name: Hampton Services Ltd Proposal: Alterations and erection of an extension to provide a stairwell at: 14 Peel Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 4LR

which was considered on 2nd May 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 4th May 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the erection of a three storey stairwell to rear elevation, as shown in drawing no’s AT 448.1. Rev 2, AT 448.2. Rev 1, AT 766.1 rev 1 and AT 766.2, all received on 26 March 2012.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
