TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mrs Caroline Callahan, Ref 22/01120/MCH, for the Minor change application to approved PA 22/00052/B, to remove a window to the south elevation, installation of bi-fold doors to western elevation and installation of a twin flue to the side extension. at 5 Rheast Mooar Close Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3LT.
Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.
For the avoidance of doubt no approval is hereby given for (all shown and described in the information received on 08.09.2022)
- • Removal of attic gable end window does not need planning approval as applicants can chose just not to implement the approval for this aspect.
- • Installation of bi-folding doors to rear elevation;
- • Blocking up of existing bedroom window to side elevation;
- • Installation of a flue for wood burning stove;
- • Alteration to approved garden windows to larger windows and an additional window;
- • Reduction in roof lanterns from 3 to 2; and
- • Increases in height of parapet wall by 0.36m.
