In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given EXPRESS CONSENT to Rev Josephine Dudley for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 2nd April 2012.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;
Erection of a notice board.
The site for positioning the advert is;
Christ Church Church Hill Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7AX
The conditions for such placement are;
1) The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 2) This approval relates to the erection of a notice board within the woodland area adjoining Christ Church, shown in: the 1:1000 scale Location Site, the hand drawn Site Plan, and the 1:10 scale Isometric drawing of the notice board, all received on 24 February 2012. 3) The notice board can be erected for 12 months of the year.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
