Permits only development preserving/enhancing Conservation Area character, protecting special features. Notice board preserves character without inappropriate impact.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the erection of a notice board within the woodland area adjoining Christ Church, shown in: the 1:1000 scale Location Site, the hand drawn Site Plan, and the 1:10 scale Isometric drawing of the notice board, all received on 24 February 2012.
Seasonal use
The notice board can be erected for 12 months of the year.
