Conditions (if any)
The proposals are to erect 6 signs (3 illuminated) around
the Ford Dealership located on the Isle Of Man Business
Park.
There are only two of these signs (A and B) that are of
interest to Highway Services as they are "Totem" style
signs that can obstruct visibility at junctions / access
points if erected in the wrong location.
Having visited the site, I am satisfied these signs will be
erected outside of the visibility envelope of both the
access into the dealership and the adjacent priority
junction so as to not to cause any detriment to highway
safety.
The proposals are therefore acceptable from a highways
aspect.
