The proposal involves replacing the existing chimney with a new chimney on northern edge of the roof of the Royal George, Market Place, Ramsey, IM8 1JU (NGR: 245339E, 494419N); the installation of 1No antenna onto the north face of the new chimney and the installation of 1No antenna onto the west face of another existing chimney stack.

For trees to be retained you will need to demonstrate that the constraints imposed by these trees have been properly considered and that the trees can be adequately protected.
The above works must be discussed with the Department's Forestry, Amenity & Lands Directorate before the application is submitted. The Planning Officer may also require you to submit a Tree Survey.
