The proposed acoustic panelling, Model EP100/UF/SP Data Sheet E61C, shall be installed within 6 months of the date of the permission. Reason: To reduce the impact of noise resulting from the extract system hereby approved and to safeguard the amenities of adjoining residential occupiers. 2. The rating level of any noise generated by plant and equipment as part of the development shall not exceed 42 dB LAeq at the nearest noise sensitive premises, as determined by BS4142: 2014 Methods for rating and assessing industrial and commercial sound. Reason: To prevent noise and disturbance to nearby residents. Tel 01624 685950 Guidance Note This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department. This permission refers only to that required under the The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain: · Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in the Town and Country Planning (Application and Appeal Fees) (No2) Order 2016 (currently £170); · The reasons for making the appeal; and · An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation.
