In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 14th March 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations, installation of dormer windows and erection of first floor extension with balcony to dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings PII202 01 P2, PII202 02 P1 and PII202 03 P3 all received on 19th January 2012.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
