Officer assessed signage as compliant due to appropriate scale, design, positioning 4m from road, low illumination not harming amenity or safety, and fitting the business park character.

Time limit
The advertisement(s) hereby granted consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents.
Totem setback and visibility
The roadside totem sign hereby granted consent must not be sited within the visibility sightlines of any junction or accesses and must be set back a minimum of 2 metres from the road edge. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
No intermittent illumination
The two illuminated signs hereby granted consent shall not be lit by an intermittent source. Reason: In the interests of amenity, public safety and highway safety.
