The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

• 15/01300/B Mr R J Morris Ardwhallin House West Baldwin – renovation of existing dwelling and barn and erection of link extension and attached garage to form a dwelling – Karue Cottage St Judes Road Sulby. Approved Unanimous

• 15/01330/B Mrs D Chamberlain Beach Cottage Ballure Road Ramsey – Variation of condition one of approved PA11/01598/B for erection of two dwellings, to extend the period of permission by four years. Approved Unanimous. The Commissioners suggest an extension of 2 years only. The Applicant has already had 4 years to bring the original approval to fruition.
