Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Holiday let restriction
The holiday lets hereby permitted shall not be used or occupied other than for the provision of short let holiday accommodation and shall not be used as separate dwellings. No person(s) shall occupy or use the accommodation hereby permitted for a single period or cumulative periods exceeding 28 days in any calendar year. Reason: To ensure that the development is only used and occupied as short let holiday accommodation and to prevent the creation of a unjustified separate dwellings in the countryside.
Car parking provision
Prior to the occupation of any holiday cottage the car parking and manoeuvring areas, as shown on drawing C/8006/ 3A date stamped received 5 February 2016, shall be provided and remain free from obstruction thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the strategic plan car parking standards are met in the interest of highway safety.
Passing places
Prior to commencement of development a plan detailing the location of the passing places, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. All proposed passing places shall be constructed and be operational prior to the use hereby approved being brought into use and shall thereafter be retained and be kept free from obstructions. Reason: In the interest of highway safety
