In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby APPROVE planning application 11/01781/B by Colby AFC for Lighting Scheme for the access road to new clubhouse and sports pitches (appeal by Colby AFC and Mr P J Cringle), subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This approval relates to the lighting scheme for the access road to new clubhouse and sports pitches as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 1220-52 A and 1220-53 received on 29 December 2011 and 19 September 2012.
Except as otherwise authorised in writing by the Department under the terms of Condition 6 attached to PA 10/01871/B, the lighting may be in use only between the hours of 1500 and 2300 Sundays to Thursdays and 1500 to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
No development shall take place until full details of soft landscaping works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority and these works shall be carried out as approved. Details of the soft landscaping works include tree planting along the northern boundary of the site as shown on drawing 1220-51. All planting shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the first planting and seeding seasons following the operation of the lighting hereby permitted. Any tree or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
