The following application has been considered by the Commissioners:
16/01008/A Field 614729 Baldrine Road, AIP for the erection of a dwelling addressing matters for means of access.
The Commissioners noted that this development was on land currently used for agricultural purposes. However, they note the approved development on either side of the site on this field and, as a consequence, have resolved to report no objection to this application.
