This proposed development lies within 8 m of a watercourse. The Ronaldsburn stream which passes to the South East of the site is not known to contain trout at the point adjacent to the development site, however trout have been recorded in the lower reaches of the stream, so precautions will be needed to ensure that any development does not cause harmful materials to enter the stream. Applicants will be required to submit a 'within 9 m of a watercourse form,' outlining the precautions that will be taken, once a full planning application is submitted.
