Thank you for the completed Development within 9m of a watercourse form and the precautions it details to reduce the possibility of harmful materials such as concrete or washings entering the river. DEFA Fisheries has no objection to the work commencing provided that these precautions are followed and there is no disturbance of the watercourse. Please inform Fisheries of when works are due to commence, which can be done by email or telephone.
