Dear Sirs,
I am writing in objection to the above planning application. Since the demolition of numbers 60 and 62 Snaefell Rd the residents (myself and my family included) have had to tolerate constant noise and inconvenience from the site. The noise has started has early as 7:30am mostly from the tele-handler going up and down the road and reversing around and out of the site. This site is being used for the storage of building materials and means that deliveries are made and collected from there. Hiab wagons frequently block the street and or the footpath causing a danger to the public. Constantly the gateway of an elderly neighbour is completely blocked and he has received verbal abuse when asking for it to be moved. This is not a suitable place for such a facility particularly when there is a much more suitable site already in use further down the road.
