In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the creation of a private parking area as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 1049-21 all received on 2nd December 2011.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to discuss the scheme with the owner of The Anchorage, who has expressed concern at the proposal and to engage the services of a qualified engineer to ensure that the works have not and will not create instability or damage to The Anchorage.
This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
